INFORMATION ON THE GLENCOE PUBLIC LIBRARY AND COVID-19

The library stands with other Glencoe institutions in the effort to minimize exposure to the COVID-19 coronavirus. To protect both patrons and staff, the building will be closed from 6:00 p.m. Friday, March 13. We hope to re-open on April 1.

ADVICE FROM THE VILLAGE OF GLENCOE

The Illinois Department of Health (IDPH) recommends the following actions to slow the spread of coronavirus, influenza and other seasonal illnesses:

  • Stay home if you’re sick

  • Wash hands often with soap and water
  • Routinely clean frequently touched surfaces
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
